If you want to see how many times you've started and shut down your PC. Do this: (Windows 7)

=> Press [Windows Key]+R then write C:\Windows\System32\winevt\Logs\Microsoft-Windows-User Profile Service%4Operational.evtx
=> Press Enter then A list will then load with all the different logs.
=> 1. If you want to sort only the startup and shutdown logs, then press on "create custom view" on the right side.
=> 2. Write "1, 2" in the box that says "All-ID". Then press ok.
